The former Residence of the Central Committee is located in the village of Voneshta water 28 km from the city of Veliko Tarnovo.
At the moment, all the buildings of the Residence have been renovated and modernized, the surrounding area has been put in order and equipped.

Therapeutic and preventive properties of mineral water are determined by the presence of bicarbonate, sulfate, calcium and sodium ions, as well as the stability of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide.
The residence is surrounded by an original Park, located in UPI 25 100 m2, which grows rare wood species, a lake for fishing, an outdoor swimming pool „Malka Olympics“, fountains and magnificent views of nature and scenery.
